The International Conference on Web Information Systems and Technologies (WEBIST) is an international forum for research and practice in Web-based information systems and technologies. It brings together researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present and discuss technological advances, applications, and emerging approaches to the design and use of Web information systems.
WEBIST covers a broad range of topics, including Internet technologies, Web intelligence and the Semantic Web, social network analytics, and human-computer interaction in mobile systems and Web interfaces. The conference places particular emphasis on real-world applications and on the role of Web technologies in addressing challenges in industry and services, providing a forum for exchange between academic research and professional practice.
