User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization

ACM Conference on User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization

SIGWEB-sponsored conference

The ACM Conference on User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization (UMAP) is an international forum for researchers and practitioners working on systems that model and adapt to individual users and groups of users. The conference addresses the collection, representation, and modeling of user information as well as the design of adaptive and personalized systems and experiences.

ACM UMAP continues the traditions of the User Modeling (UM) and Adaptive Hypermedia and Adaptive Web-Based Systems (AH) conferences, which merged in 2009 to form UMAP. The conference brings together research at the intersection of user modeling, personalization, adaptive systems, and human-computer interaction.

UMAP is jointly sponsored by ACM SIGWEB and ACM SIGCHI.

Proceedings

Proceedings of UMAP are available through the ACM Digital Library.
