The ACM/IEEE-CS Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL) is the premier international forum for research and practice in digital libraries, bringing together researchers and practitioners from computer science, information science, librarianship, archives, museums, and related disciplines. JCDL covers the design, development, use, and evaluation of digital libraries and increasingly explores emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models, for information organization, discovery, accessibility, and preservation. JCDL 2026 will be held as a hybrid conference on October 13–16, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, USA, featuring a technical program alongside workshops, tutorials, panels, a doctoral consortium, posters, demonstrations, and a resource track.
