Since its inception in 1989, the World Wide Web has transformed the way we live, work, and connect. The Web Conference (formerly known as the International World Wide Web Conference, abbreviated WWW) has been the premier annual forum for presenting and discussing advances in research, development, standards, and applications shaping the future of the Web.
The 2026 ACM Web Conference will feature a high-quality program including research sessions, posters and demonstrations, a PhD symposium for junior scholars, workshops, tutorials, an industry track for practitioners, as well as thought-provoking keynote speakers, panels, special tracks, and a co-located conference (Web4All, https://www.w4a.info/2026/).
Important update (March 10): In light of the current situation and ongoing developments in the region, the conference will not take place as originally scheduled on April 13–17, 2026 in Dubai. The steering committee is currently exploring alternative dates toward the end of June and will decide by May whether the conference will be held in person, if the situation allows, or remotely. Readers are encouraged to check the official conference website for the latest updates.
