Hypertexts
Submission Deadline: Friday 11th May 2007 (Midnight Hawaii Standard Time).
Notification Deadline: Monday 11th June 2007 (Midnight Hawaii Standard Time).
Camera Ready Deadline: Monday 2nd July 2007 (Midnight Hawaii Standard Time).
Participants are invited to submit hypertexts to the conference in order for others within the community to interact with them. This provides a great way to communicate inventive hypermedia poetry, fiction and art with other interested parties.
Submissions can either be a URL, if the hypertexts are Web based, or as a zip file of the entire hypertext. The zip file will then be made available for people to download and install locally on their own machines.
Once all the hypertexts are uploaded, we shall open a reading room. This room will allow people to obtain the hypertext systems and then allow them to post comments, ideas, thoughts and suggestions about the hypertext.
In addition to the Hypertexts, authors must also submit a 2 page extended abstract formatted using the official ACM SIG proceedings template. Accepted hypertexts will have their abstracts appear in the formal Conference Proceedings, published by ACM. Conference attendees will receive a copy of the proceedings. All material will be available through the ACM Digital Library.
Notification of accepted hypertexts will be emailed to the author on Monday 4th June 2007 (Midnight Hawaii Standard Time) with the camera ready copies for ALL submissions being Monday 2nd July 2007 (Midnight Hawaii Standard Time).
