The development of the new economy is accompanied by an extremely high innovation speed and a continuously increasing complexity of new technologies. In such a dynamic environment, organisations of any type can only stay competitive if they treat knowledge as a valuable asset and manage it consciously. This is why knowledge management has become imperative for organisations. I-KNOW serves as an international platform on which our attendees can present, discuss, and exchange their experiences in knowledge management. One strength of I-KNOW is that it brings together practitioners and academics to learn from each other and to share experiences with one another.
